I read this years ago and loved it.
I saw it this afternoon as I was cleaning my office and I just might read it again.
It's a wonderful book and I just decided I am going to read it again.
It's tough out there for a lot of people and being in real estate sales is certainly a bit challenging.

So you want to be a successful Realtor, you have passed the test and have a license. Your broker gave you a desk (maybe) and a phone and said go out there and sell!!! This is your business and you have no idea (no training) on how to conduct it...read or listen to this book...follow the model! Read it, it will make you the Realtor that people want to do business with, it will make you the Realtor other agents want to work with and it will make you very successful.

Great book with credible and factual information. I have been in real estate for approximately 8 years now and have to say that this book has something for anyone interested in real estate. Whether you are new to real estate or have 20+ years experience I think that there are many great "nuggets" of information that can assist you on your journey through real estate.
