It's a get off your butt and do the job book nothing more.... save your money and get off your butt and do the job. I felt like he was trying to sell me on Keller-Williams when they don't even advertise for the agents that buy into the brokerage!
If you're in real estate, you need this book. February 8, 2010 Susanna Hutcheson (Midwest U.S.A.) I'm not an agent but I buy and sell property. Moreover, a large number of my clients are real estate agents. I found this book very useful and profitable. My clients who report having read this intriguing book have greatly enhanced their income and are coming through the Big Recession and meltdown with flying colors.
The writing is easy-to-follow and understandable. Anyone can apply the methods and, if you do, you should find yourself doing great in any economy while others flounder and fail.
