I passed my PA state real estate salesperson's exam today ( first try ) July 26, 2010 Ron W. Givens Jr. (Philadelphia, PA) This is a very good book for those who want to pass their real estate salesperson exam. Just remember, this book is only good for the NATIONAL portion of the exam. You must also, get a book or the free booklet that is state specific. Remember: YOU STILL NEED ANOTHER RESOURCE FOR THE STATE PORTION.
I went into the exam building today, and pretty much kicked butt. I passed in the first shot and scored an 86% on the national portion and a 90% on the state.
There is a tremendous amount of information contained in this book and it's well worth the money.
My suggestion in to make flash cards from the different chapters. It will be a lot easier for you.
BUY IT! :)
A great primer for those going into Real Estate September 12, 2009 Harvey J. Albert (CONNECTICUT) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I found this book as a valuable source for my Real Estate course I just completed. The books used in the course did not explain many terms where I could understand them. This book gave examples so I could related to the term. Very well written and a fantastic reference.
Fun book, does the job August 9, 2009 Monika M. Woods The book was very helpful. The test taking strategies made sense and prepared me for things that I had not thought of. The writer is engaging and makes the material easier to absorb through his witty ability.
Road to success! July 17, 2009 H. Niederberger (Las Cruces, NM) Book is excellent! Teaches everything you need to know in plain everyday English, often in a humorous way. Plenty of examples to better understand the various terms and legal situations. It is both entertaining and educative with multiple learning tips.
Not very helpfull. May 18, 2009 C. Kildow (Milton, WI United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was looking for help for taking a State test. Really, it is very general, and not helpful for my state (WI). The tips for taking the exam were very general, and basic. Example; get enough sleep, eat the right foods before the exam. It has some more specific information for California, but not for other states.
